Providing trauma sensitive care to manage difficult emotions and feel safer

I specialize in the treatment of trauma. And I believe it's all trauma. Sadly some of us have endured violence and abuse. For others, we have not gotten our emotional needs met. And, there are a million other ways we have been wounded. I will help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and behavior and provide you with valuable tools to navigate life's obstacles. I am certified in the two healing modalities: EMDR and IFS. I am a consultant in training for EMDRIA.
